Shipping and Processing
After successfully placing an order request, the user is given a web site link which can be used to track the specified order status, the service is provided by xwtk.Enterprise and use of their services is in jurisdiction of xwtk, Terms and Conditions of which can be found at https://xwtk.cloud/Policies.
Payment will be checked to match the price mentioned in the web site for the product purchased, in case of not matching, the user will be refunded and a notification will be sent in the form of e-mail to the specified e-mail address mentioned in Checkout page. If payment matches the price mentioned in the web site for the product purchased, after 48 hours of placing the order, the order will be processed and shipped. The user has 48 hours after placing the order to request a cancellation and refund of the full amount of the product purchased.
Due to uncontrollable circumstances, the shipping time cannot be controlled, however the user has right to request a compensation in form of refund of the full amount of the product purchased or a replacement of the same product model free of charge if shipping time exceeds 2 months. Shipping time is calculated starting the date of order shipping notification.
If the product comes dead on arrival (DOA), the user has the right to request a compensation in form of refund of the full amount of the product purchased or a replacement of the same product model free of charge with sufficient evidence provided of the dead on arrival product.
The warranty start date is calculated from the day of product shipping, and is active for 3 months. The warranty will be void if mentioned below cases are applied: disassembly, software modification, water damage, exposure to very low and very high temperatures

(2) The product's software was modified
(3) The product was water damaged
(4) The product was exposed to -10 degrees Celsius and below or 40 degrees Celsius and above temperatures
